Welcome to the Stepping Stones pub and restaurant. We are located in Westhumble just on the outskirts of Dorking in the beautiful Surrey Hills. The landlord and landlady, Roger and Sharon Norminton, have run The Stepping Stones pub and restaurant for over 11 years and it is well patronised by locals and visitors alike. Our attractive bar and lounge has traditional pub style seating and comfortable sofas and armchairs. We offer a range of traditional cask conditioned ales, quality lagers and wines from around the world. The restaurant is separate to the main bar area and features an open fire for the cool winter months. During the warmer months there is a beer garden for a refreshing drink and relaxed alfresco dining. The Stepping Stones pub and restaurant has a long and strong reputation for serving quality, fresh, home prepared cooking in its warm and spacious dining room. As well as traditional pub dishes, there is a varied menu of daily specials which include vegetarian and fish dishes. Our famous homemade pies are offered at both lunch time and in the evenings. Our function room is available for weddings, birthday parties, christenings, business meetings and anniversary celebrations. Or any other occasion you can think of! Whatever the occasion, we offer an outstanding service to make sure your visit to us is as memorable as the event itself. You can arrange your own disco, flowers, photography and decorations yourself or we can organise this for you. We also have a licence for live music. There is easy access to many attractive walks in the Surrey Hills, Boxhill is directly across the road and can be seen from the pub and restaurant. Denbies Vineyard, Ranmore and the famous Stepping Stones themselves are all within walking distance, a short drive or cycle. We are happy for patrons, whilst they are drinking or dining with us, to use the car park with numerous spaces available.
